Scoutmaster minutes 9-5-2017

I would like to congratulate Caden on earning his Bronze Eagle Palm tonight.

The scouts were busy reviewing the requirements for this weekend' Canoe Clinic. Scouts will need to be prepared to get wet (including their shoes) and should bring extra clothes/swimsuits and towels. Their lunch and gear should be in waterproof bags (zip-lock and/or double bagged trash bags). The scouts will be out at Alum Creek from 8 AM to 5 PM both Saturday and Sunday. The weather will be in the upper 60's-low 70's during the day and in the mid 40's at night so be prepared for the temperature change.

They also planned their meals:

• Saturday/Sunday Breakfast: Oatmeal, fruit, bagels, OJ and milk
• Saturday/Sunday Lunch: PB&J, apples, chips, beef jerky
• Saturday Dinner: Cheese ravioli, with salad (Ranch & Italian dressing) and Italian bread
• Friday/Saturday Cracker Barrel: Scoutmaster surprise
