Boy Scout Troop 392
We are Boy Scout Troop 392 located in Grove City, Ohio. Founded on May 1, 1950, we are a multi-denominational troop sponsored by St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church. Our membership is made up of youth from all around the Grove City and Southwestern Columbus metro area. We welcome any boy 11 through 17 or age 10 if completed the 5th grade or has completed the Cub Scout Arrow of Light. We are part of the Gateway District in the Simon Kenton Council.
Troop 392 is a growing, boy led troop. The primary focus of the troop is to work on advancement through Merit Badges while having tons of fun at the same time. We do a lot of camping, hiking, and other outdoor events. The boys are very active in local Camporees and other Council activities. They assist the community with many local service projects.
The mission of The Boy Scouts of America is to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law. Across the country Scouting makes a difference.

The Scouts of 392
We are the Scouts of 392 you hear so much about
The people stop and stare at us whenever we go out
We're not a bit stuck up about the clever things we do
Most everybody likes us and we hope you like us too!
